I say go for a cut that gives you all options--medium short with some razor action to frame your face. You can do it up in the back to mimic the super short, yet have the versatility to do the medium short. I'm thinking now that bangs may be hard to manage with that option, but bangs are hardly necessary...and not dramatic.

All of those are SO GOOD... I think any of them would look good on you, Karen. And you are totally a person able to pull off bangs well, I think. Great. Now I'm itching to cut it all off again. Oh, how I love short hair.
well, karen already knows my opinion. super short. all the way. except then i'll be secretly jealous because she'll have way cooler hair than me!!!
